To Order
We accept orders from rest homes, hospitals, medical professionals
or direct from customers. To order online click on SHOP or email
info@limbprotectors.com.

Delivery
In most cases your order will be despatched the day it is received.
You will be notified immediately if delays are expected with your
order. We utilise NZ Couriers for secure overnight delivery within
NZ and a delivery fee will be added to your order.
International Orders
We are happy to receive international orders for Impactwear®
Limb Protectors. We regularly send orders to Australia, UK, South
Africa and Canada. International postage and packaging costs will
be confirmed once your order is received. We will keep you updated
of your order details via email and phone if necessary. Please ensure
your email address and full telephone number, including area code,
is included with your order.
Payment
We accept New Zealand cheques, bank transfer and Visa and MasterCard.
Cheques
If you prefer to pay by cheque, please print out the printable order
form, fill out the details and post to us. All cheques should be
made payable to "Impactwear Limb Protectors Limited".
Bank transfer
Complete the shopping cart and choose the "Bank transfer"
payment option. Alternatively please print out the printable order
form, fill out the details and post to us. Once we receive your
order we will email you your invoice and our bank account details.
Credit cards
Payment is made using PayMate Express. Since 2001 PayMate Express
has been used by sellers in 57 countries for safe trading online
for payments using Visa and MasterCard. Now recommended by Trade
Me. Order details are sent over a Secure Server for your protection.
If you are not comfortable about paying by credit card over the
internet, please print out the printable order form, fill out the
details and post to us. Once we receive your order we will contact
you for your credit card details.
